Why the Pigeons?
At the very beginning we pleaded with EXCELLENCE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT to do something about our neighbors laziness and unhealthy habits. As you can see, the REAL problem is the lack of attention from EXCELLENCE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT to manage REGENT TOWN CENTER.
Instead of distributing flyers to the community as we requested, they hired PROGRESSIVE PEST to use AVITROL in our community. Despite opposition to the use of AVITROL and residents request for EXCELLENCE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT to give notice to residents to prepare residents for the health hazards related to AVITROL, EXCELLENCE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT hired PROGRESSIVE PEST to dispense AVITROL in our community. Not only is REGENT TOWN CENTER in NW Las Vegas at risk, other citizens and residents are at risk from birds falling form the sky. Those at risk are CENTENNIAL HOSPITAL, local restaurants, local businesses, and travelers on Hwy 95.

Not only are there many environmental and health risks from Avitrol use. There is also risk of traffic injuries from falling birds. Especially as seen on the map above. Birds can fly miles before falling to ground from Avitrol. Posing a danger to travelers on highway 95 in Las Vegas. Companies like PROGRESSIVE PEST CONTROL must give residents prior and proper notice before dispersing AVITROL in residential areas. We are demanding written notice within a 5 mile radius of ANY AVITROL use in LAS VEGAS. In addition to a specific permit being pulled with the residing jurisdictional in order to trace origination of accidental death or injuries form AVITROL use. Labels state "Little or no secondary ingestion reports" or "little or no risk to public." This is because of "little or NO public notice of AVITROL use" therefore no suspicion of AVITROL being the origin.. HELP US by signing our petition for restriction in NEVADA and HELP ban or restrict AVITROL in your area too! www.SayNoAvitrol.com

The REAL Tragedy here is the loss of HOME APPRECIATION by the residents of communities such as REGENT TOWN CENTER Las Vegas, due to the incompetence of EXCELLENCE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT. At REGENT TOWN CENTER, there are 72 lock boxes attached to stairways and 24 units with trash bags on their doors steps. When Real Estate agents show homes in our community they must be embarrassed, our community is filthy. Lynn Blaylock with EXCELLENCE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT says "there's nothing we can do"... are you kidding me?? Try dusting off your computer and turning on your printer to create flyer like a professional property management company would do. Do you job and solve a problem!
